Terms and Conditions

By submitting a commision request you agree that you have read and agreed to the following conditions

General Info

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.Requests are NOT first come, first serve and are instead accepted by how inspired I am about the piece/subject and how well I can deliver on it.

Payment

Full payment is required upfront via Paypal invoice before any work is initiated.Listed prices are in USD and include transfer fees

Process and Delivery

You will be notified via Twitter/Instagram DM if your request was accepted.If you do not respond within 24 hours, an additional notification will be sent to your provided email.Failure to respond within an addtional 24 hours after that (48 hours total) will result in the termination or your commission request.After I have recieved payment, I will contact you again when I have a sketch ready for review before moving onto creating the final version. At that time, please do not hesitate to ask for changes/adjustments to the piece.My artworks take time and all commissions are completed in my free time on top of my real life responsibilities and other commissions. Please be prepared to wait up to 2 months for the finished piece.Taking on multiple commissions is hard work and can be very draining. For the sake of my mental health, I may draw personal artwork for myself inbetween commissions and post them on my platforms. This does not mean that I have forgotten about your commission nor is it an invitation to publicly ask about the progress on it in the comments.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds will not be issued once work has been started on the commissionIf you wish to cancel before I have started any work, you will recieve a full refund.In the unlikely event that I will no longer be able to finish your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Usage

I, the artist, retain all rights to the finished product and said product will be used for your personal usage only and will NOT be used in the following ways:
-commercially (merchandise, NFT's, etc.)
-used to teach artificial intellegence programs to produce AI "art"
-be heavily modified without permission
-claimed as your own artwork.
